I don’t see any mention of new channel but Outlaw Network is available over the air and needs Guide data for the channel. SD guide still show na on their app.
Looks Like the call letters are not in the national system. 24.5 WTBMCD5
I made request on SD forum to add the data but not holding my breath.

Your local station has to tell Gracenote that they now carry the diginet for it to automatically appear on your antenna lineup, if you don't want to wait, you can just search for their national listing OUTLAW (stationId 150537) and manually map the guide data to the local station.
