Guide data issue

Having a recent issue with the guide data - only first four channels guide data loads. Hid SD channels. No problems for the first month or so now Channels frequently seems to lose guide data. (Unsurprisingly?) macOS DVR also loses guide data. Clicking off/on the DVR button in macOS DVR settings seems to fix the problem temporarily (but the fix is almost immediate). Any thoughts on what could be happening?

Update: Clicking the DVR button in settings off/on in macOS DVR fixes guide on Channels tvOS app but does not add missing channels to guide on macOS DVR. macOS DVR continues to display the same first four HD channels. This does not appear to impact recordings.

Update: Guide issues DO affect recordings. DVR was catching show from first four HD channels. Can only record on those currently. I can watch all channels.

Can you try fully restarting the DVR, by clicking the TV icon in the Mac menu bar (where the click and wifi settings are), and selecting Restart

I have it functioning again… I tried restarting it but that didn’t seem to work. I clicked the refresh icon in settings area where it says 1 HD HomeRun found. I’ll let you know if I have any further issues. Love this app.
