Channels Apple TV Troubleshooting

Running Channels 3.1.8 on ATV4 to watch live TV. No DVR at all. All channels say “Unknown” and all channel logos are missing. Things I’ve tried:

  • waiting several hours
  • kill & restart Channels app
  • reboot ATV4

No luck.

Known issue? Anything else I can try?

But you see the proper channels when browsing http://my.hdhomerun.com ?

Update: Guide data showed up some time in the last couple hours.

Yes, the channels are correctly identified by their names on the HD HomeRun’s interface. (but that interface doesn’t have any logos)

Yes, it has worked consistently in the past, this was a new problem.

I guess “all’s well that ends well”, but it’s frustrating that there’s not a way for me to investigate what happened. :confused:

Next time you can also try to click and hold your HDHomeRun and select Refresh Device.
