Guide data not loading

All I have are all the channels with the words “unknown” after them. It was working a little while ago. I’m trying to record the royal wedding for my wife and can’t. No great loss for me but it is for her.

Sounds like your Prime did a automatic channel scan that caused that. That “feature” stinks and you can’t disable it.

Force close the app and reopen. The guide data should be back.
