Hi folks,
Our Channels app was working perfectly until a week or so ago when the BBC channels suddenly lost their guide info and the guide stated "to be announced". Now, the guide data is gone for all the channels. However, when I access the HDHR app on my iPhone all the guide data appears to be present and accurate. Has anybody any suggestions as to why this might be happening? Obviously, without the guide data we cannot record anything.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
