Guide data will not download on QNAP TVS-673

I am getting “Guide data is still downloading. Check back in a few minutes.” continually on my DVR. I tried restarting the NAS, deleting and redownloading the guide data and I have deleted the app from my NAS and reinstalled it. Everything worked fine about a month ago. I’m nor sure where to go from here.

What does the Log tab say?

It looks like the guide database has become corrupted. Do you know how to SSH into the NAS and run commands?

Another option is to delete the DVR software from your QNAP and reinstall it. Then during the setup, click the "Restore Wizard" link:

Hey, sorry. I ran out of time to troubleshoot this earlier in the week. I followed the instructions you provided and clicked the “Restore Wizard” link and it resolved the corrupt database issue. I can now see the guide information. Thanks for the fantastic help!
