Guide data zip code

When I try to add a source then add my zip for guide data it errors out Everytime. I've tried a my zip code and a bunch of others. The only one that works is one from where I grew up. Any thoughts?

Gracenote Matching on Imported Content

Is there an issue with Gracenote right now for imported content? I tried to import Friends and all I get is Episode 1, Episode 2 and so on. If I try to do Fix Incorrect Match on the Series I see this and click Friends and nothing happens. If I try to Fix Incorrect Match on an Episode it the match screen just disappears before I can type. My shows look like this…. Friends - 01x09 - The One Where Underdog Gets Away.mp4 I have imported these before with no issues. [IMG_0357] [IMG_0358]

What source are you adding?
Where are you trying to put your zipcode in (show a screenshot)?
Are you in the U.S. ?

Hdhomerun. When I type in the zip it errors out. I tried a bunch of different zip codes with no luck. I did get one zip code to work but it wasnt one anywhere near here. Located in south Carolina. Ive done this in the past with no problem.

Funny. It just worked when I went to take a picture

Yes. I tried my zip code again when I went to take that picture and it accepted it. Strange. I had been trying all afternoon. Looks like I'm all set. Thanks

The only other thing I know would cause that is if you have that HDHR source disabled.

Thanks. It was enabled. I tried turning it off and on a couple times. Strange. Something must have been down for a couple hours
