Guide data

Hi and thanks in advance for your help. I’ve noticed the guide data for U.K. freeview every Tuesday at a particular time is wrong on one channel. Instead of a programme being 30mins, it’s showing as either 60mins or 90mins and cutting off another programme that should be there. Who provides the guide data so I can contact them?

You can check if the same issue exists in the official HDHR app, and if so contact them at [email protected] with your HDHR device ID.

Can I ask one other thing (sorry I’m a novice), is there a way to force new recordings on a pass to go on one particular channel?
Example: there’s a program in the UK called hollyoaks. New episodes are broadcast every week night on channel E4 at 7pm. The following day at 6:30pm they’re repeated on channel 4.
Channels app flips between the channels when recording new episodes, so I didn’t know if there’s a way of forcing new recordings to a particular channel or if this may be a feature in the future?

You can do it on the DVR web UI (open http://127.0.0.1:8089 on your mac). Find the pass under DVR > Passes and click it to add a channel number.
