as soon as my channels app installed the update 2017.01.20.1732 I lost the guide. all the channels show “Unknown” and it will not update. Any Idea’s?
Go to the Settings tab, click and hold on HDHomeRun and click Refresh Device
Ok, I have done that and I have 2 two channel HomeRuns and did this to both. that didn’t work so I restarted the app by closing it and re-opening it. still not updating the guide. what else you got?
Check your DVR server to see if it has guide setup and is showing any guide data on web admin interface?
The guide doesn’t show anything on the DVR server. It see’s the two HomeRun’s and a recording I did last week.
found a solution. had to restart the DVR server.
