Guide has disappeared

after working for 2 months my guide disappeared. no matter what i try it does not work. my guide has said guide downloading check back in a few minutes. it has said this for a week

thanks for your help but im not sure what to do here. do i type this in a new window or somewhere in the dvr setup in chanels. im not the most tech knowledgeable

Where is your DVR installed? You need to open the DVR page on that PC or NAS and see what's happening via the Log tab. These problems usually happen when your DVR computer has been disconnected from the internet.

Is that PC connected to the internet? It's throwing lots of network errors:

I think maybe you installed a firewall on the PC and its not allowing access.

it is connected. it has whatever windows 10 has. ive had norton free from comcast since i first gat channels and its worked fine. i now have norton disabled. do i need to get rid of norton.

If you click Guide Database > Maintenance > Reload Guide does it load in?

On the system tray, right click the DVR icon and select Exit. Then go to Start menu and search for "Channels DVR" and run it again.
