I just installed my HDhomeRun and it gave me two choices for xfinity guide, and I picked one and have no clue if I picked the right one. How does one change the guide source once chosen?
Click the gear and select Remove Provider
Ah, I thought that would mean removing the HDHomeRun and starting over with the channel scan, etc -- I just want to change the guide. I'll try that.
It will remember which channels you have, which are hidden and which are favorites.
It only maps guide data to the channels using the provider and zipcode you enter.
Maybe one is legacy and one is digital rebuild.
If you look at zap2it.com select Change Provider or Time Zone and enter your zipcode, it will list the providers available under Cable
