I recently moved from Dallas to southern Illinois. In Dallas I had Spectrum but now that I have moved I am using Hulu Live TV as my source. The weird thing is that two of the local major networks, CBS and Fox are still showing the guide and call signs for those local channels with Spectrum in Dallas but ABC and NBC are showing the correct call signs and guide for the new local channels from Hulu. If I login to Hulu and go to Live TV then Fox and CBS show the correct guide info. I have tried re-scanning the channels and I ran the Delete and Recreate Database function in the Guide settings. Still showing the old channel info and guide data. Any suggestions?
Do you have local channels for TV everywhere checked at the bottom in the server? If so it may still have something cached from before your move. If so try unchecking and restart server then recheck it and see if that fixes the issue.
Looks like that fixed the issue with showing the wrong stations but now most of the guide time slots for the local Fox channel just shows "SIGN OFF" but some of them do show the correct show info. The CBS channel looks good. I have deleted and re-created the guide database.

The response was basically full local Fox is really dependent on your location. Dallas probably had full Fox locally. Southern Ill maybe not.
So even though I can see the local Fox channel on my Hulu Live TV it won't work in the Channels DVR app?
When you use Hulu in Channels you use TVE. The Hulu app likely uses different type of streams. So you may get 24x7 Fox through the app, but not through the TVE that Channels uses. Spectrum is like that, where you can get most of the line up through TVE but some things like their News and Sports channels are unavailable and the Fox channel may be mostly signed off depending on area. Yet their app, which uses a different streaming format, can play all those things just fine.
