Channels DVR is installed on a Synology DS220+
Tuner is an HD Homerun 4K Flex

Channels server is correctly identifying my tuner. It is frustrating, because I can watch my programs on the Channels app on Apple TV, but I am totally unable to search-->find-->record any programs on Channels DVR.

Would appreciate any help.

Did you look at the Channels DVR log?
You can view it using the DVR web admin UI at Support > Logs
Normal daily guide downloads look like this where it fetches 6 hour blocks for 16 days

I'm not sure how to open the log file to view it. It seems that all I have the ability to do is automatically send the log file to support. As far as guide data is concerned, the situation has not changed - "Guide data is still downloading".

I am surmising that the reason that a search for a program fails thus preventing me from creating passes is because the guide is not downloading.

RESOLVED: Finally figured out how to change the setting to indicate that my guide was linked to my HD Homerun and not to Cox. Both the guide and search problems are successfully resolved

I missed the "Logs" link. Logs printed. Multiple entries indicating "No lineups available during guide data download".

I think I see the problem. It appears the server is attempting to download guide data from Cox. Cox is not my provider. Cox provides my internet service only. The server does recognize my HD Homerun tuner, don't understand why it isn't trying to load the guide from the tuner.
