Hi. I have been using Channels on my Apple TV since Friday (using HDHomerun Prime) and I’m loving it. I did notice that initially when setting it up I was getting Gracenote guide data - which was great - I did not have any missing data for any of my channels. For some reason, yesterday late afternoon, it switched to SD guide data - which now has a few channel’s with “unknown” data. I can confirm that the SD guide on their app does not have this guide data either. I will be letting them know about these channels, but is it possible for my to get back Gracenote data?
You should email [email protected] with your hdhomerun id and the missing channels. They can fix the unknown guide data.
If you want to switch to the other data, click and hold your hdhomerun on the Settings tab. I recommend SD data though- it loads faster and has better quality images.
