Guide Mismatch

We have noticed that on all of our recordings on 6091 HALLMARKMM we only get the first half of the movie. The first half of the recording is what what the previous hour on the schedule. I am assuming this is a time zone issue since all of the recordings are an hour off. What can we do to fix this?

We are located in PST and this a TVE stream.

Update: we ran a few test records today and it seems that some movies are recording correctly, but others are not. Maybe there are multiple potentially listings for the channel and the wrong one is being referenced?

Any help on this? Half of what my Wife is recording right now is in this channel. Would be nice to figure out what is going on here.

Does the DVR Log show any errors during the time of the problematic recordings?

Nothing that I can find. The recordings started and ended on time per the schedule in the guide and nothing is wrong with the recorded video. It's just that the first half of the recording is something else and the second half of the recording is the first half of the movie that was supposed to be recorded.

Here is the logs for one of them.

Could be an issue with their stream, or with the guide data. However it is strange it would work sometimes and not other times.

It looks like on https://www.hallmarkchanneleverywhere.com/hmmlive.html they don't even show guide data...

Yeah, there is just this

The link takes you to the main hallmark page, but then you can select Movie and Mysteries which hs the schedule.

Just for clarity all of the new movies we've actually recorded have been 1 hour off on schedule. The times we have noticed something being on schedule is random times we've checked during the day and it seems to be correct.

Is there a way we can shift the schedule by an hour and see if that works for us?

This is also interesting... the time is 12:35pm PST

Movies see to be 12, 2, 4, 6 etc. on the website, but our guide is 11, 1, 3 etc. Maybe this is 10/9 central thing?

On https://www.hallmarkchanneleverywhere.com/hmmlive.html it says for me:

Hallmark Movies and Mysteries Live - Now Playing: HMM Movie (EST)

Is it saying EST for you too?

Yes it does say EST.

Another user posted this after the new hallmark movies this past weekend (is it the same issue?):

https://www.reddit.com/r/cordcutters/comments/jhu1m7/menu_seems_off_for_hallmark_mysteries_and_movies/

Also saw some chatter about it on the Philo sub reddit

It prompted me to double check our recordings (including Deliver By Christmas, which based on your logs was one of the impacted recordings) but strangely mine recorded fine. I'm also located in PST. Anything I can check to help?

I had this problem with things recorded on the channel last weekend, but it seems to have resolved. I am certain it was the guide data that was off.

Seems like this may have been a Hallmark issue that has been resolved. We will try and rerecord them.
