Guide Not Populating

Recently, my guide data has not been populating in my channels app. I have tried fetching guide updates, re-downloading the entire guide, and deleting and recreating the database. All this did was remove the previous lineups/shows/listings I had. I am now sitting at 0 for all of those. The logs are shown below:

Try clicking the circle refresh icon under your HDHR

I did try that. I had the same error in the log:
[ERR] No stations available in lineup USA-OTA53154 during guide data download

Looking back at the logs, it looks like this issue started when I added the DVR service using my NAS server. Before then, the guide was working perfectly. Does the guide information go through the server or anything? If it does, I can try troubleshooting with the server security settings. Just curious if this has been seen before by any other users. I haven't seen this specific error appear in any other threads.

Yes the guide data goes through the DVR server.

The server is saying no channels match guide data from your hdhomerun. What are some of the channel numbers and names shown when you click the pencil icon under your HDHR?

I think I might have figured out the issue. I am using a VPN on my NAS server that runs through a different area code than the one listed for my channel guide. I disabled the VPN and the guide was able to populate. So it appears the issue lies on my end, not with the Channels DVR. It looks like I have some playing around to do with my own network and VPN settings! Thank you for the help.
