Guide not showing all channels

Issues is occurring across all platforms (Android, iOS, FireTV). Provider is Verizon-FIOS. The computer hosting the DVR shows all the channels on the guide. When the guide is viewed from any other device some channels are left off or appear on my "favorites" but not when I select "all" from the guide. Then 5 minutes later when I go back to the guide the channels are not showing up on any list.

Channels I've noticed causing issues are the ESPN/ Sports channels.

I am also pulling sources from FIOS through streaming. Current setup is 2 HD Prime devices and the FIOS login for streaming. I have updated the channels listing on both HD Prime devices and restarted all devices. That did not fix the issue.

The client devices merge channels into a single guide entry based upon priority. So if your client device has the Prime with a higher priority, the guide will only show ESPN with the Prime's channel number. However, if all Prime tuners are in use, it will then attempt to use the TVE version of ESPN.

Thanks for the reply - I agree! But that's not happening. The Prime is the higher priority. When I scroll through the listing the channels are missing on any of the non DVR devices. On my computer, that hosts the DVR, the guide (through the website) shows everything....... Oddly..... the streaming version always shows up.

There are no other guide issues where there are duplicate channels between my PRIME and the streaming (e.g. TBS, USA, TNT).

Can you maybe provide some screenshots or pictures of the source priority in the client having the issue, and the guide in the same client where things you expect to see are missing?

Is it the higher priority on the clients, too? Client priority lists are separate for each client, and manage live streams/guide. The priority list on the DVR is for recording, and irrespective of the clients.

Also, the guide on the DVR always shows all channels; the guide on the client always tries to consolidate/merge channels from different sources if the guide data is the same.

I made sure the PRIME's are listed first and did two screen shots. The Source and guide off the DVR show all channels. The 2nd is the guide from my phone taken a minute later. I selected to show "all"... Channels 570-575 (HD channels) are missing... starting with ESPN.

Check the settings tab of the app on your phone and make sure the PRIME is listed first there.

You called it. Last night the PRIME's were the priority.... today they were not. I swapped the priority on the end devices and suddenly all the channels showed up.

Good call - not sure what changed from yesterday, but suddenly the PRIME's were not the priority... swapped them and the missing channels showed up. Thank you!
