Your OTA guide database has become corrupted somehow.
Can you email me the file c:\programdata\channelsdvr\data\channels-dvr.log to [email protected]
To fix this issue, you can:

shut down dvr, by clicking the dvr icon in the system tray area and selecting Exit

go to
c:\programdata\channesdvr\data\ -
delete
USA-OTA75707.groupsandUSA-OTA75707.airings -
click start menu, type channels dvr to start server again
sent
deleted those files still the same. Missing guide data.
Wait a few minutes for guide data to redownload. You should see Log and Activity say downloading…

Now it looks like USA-TX57921-X is corrupt too. Maybe shut down DVR again and just delete all of the USA* directories, then try again.
BTW I didn’t receive any log file on email earlier.

If it’s getting corrupted when downloading fresh guide data, that sounds like hardware failure. Either your C:\ is failing, or you have some bad RAM.
Both are brand new…how would I determine which is bad?
