Using Channels on nVidia Shield Pro. I'm on Verizon FIOS and also OTA for local Baltimore and DC channels. I'm using two SD HDHR Primes, one HDHR Connect Quatro, and one HDHR Connect 4k networked tuners. The guide won't update beyond 24 hours. My recording schedule doesn't show anything beyond that. I have a season pass set up for The Daily Show but the guide is showing a different show in that time slot. The guide in Emby and epg123 in Windows Media Center shows The Daily Show in the correct time slot and their guides extend the normal 14 days. I have tried deleting and rebuilding the database, fetching guide updates, and downloading the entire guide again with no luck.
Please update to the latest DVR pre-release and then go to Support -> Troubleshooting -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from the web interface of the DVR and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.
It looks like you have IPv6 enabled on your computer but are unable to reach our servers over IPv6. Disabling IPv6 on your computer should resolve the issue.
