Recently there was a change in the channel guide (ie, networks changed channels) and for some reason, this isn’t being picked up in the guide in the Channels app. Any idea on what might be going on here?
The guide data comes from the DVR server. On the DVR settings UI, try doing a “scan network” which should refresh your hdhomeruns and channels.

Channels are showing up on the Xfinity Stream app but not in Channels
Actually, they’re showing up after scanning but not in the guide itself. Weird.
You can click the little circle refresh icon under your HDHR on the DVR Settings tab to try to redownload guide data. But first make sure the channels and their numbers are correct in the DVR when you click the “123 channels” link.
Can you give me an example of a channel which changed and what the new name/number is? I can check to make sure our guide provider has updated to match whatever Xfinity did.
HDHomeRun Looks ok.
Example: 1205 should be ESPNHD but it has a USA logo next to it.
1208 is FS1 but has SyFy logo next to it.
Okay I confirmed the guide provider data is correct.
I think the DVR must have the list of channels cached.
On the DVR settings page, wait until it says “Activity: idle” then uncheck the DVR checkbox. Wait about 30 seconds, then check it again and wait for the DVR to fully start up.
Then check the channel lists and logos again.

Looks like some channels are missing guide info. Will that pull in over time?

If you click the circle refresh icon it will download the missing guide data. That happens automatically every morning as well.

Waited until this morning because I couldn’t locate the refresh button you were referencing but still no luck. See image below
On the DVR settings page, find where your HDHomeRun is shown. Under it, there is a DVR code (USA-XXXX) and next to that there are three icons. Click the circle.
Then click on the Log tab and see if any errors are being printed during the guide download process.
