Guide not working for Custom Channels

I have HDHomeRun at Home1 and I transcode and send to Home2 as custom channels. (Homes connected via site-to-site VPN so all LAN.)

I only use this a few months in summer and it worked great last year including guide and handled time zones perfectly.

When I tried this year, I can watch but don't get the guide. It's the exact same code (same m3u). Wondering if something changed in guide matching data and you have any hints. (It's the 4 main OTA networks.)

Note I use mapped channel numbers and not the real OTA channel which was fine last year.

Does your M3U have tvc-guide-stationid tags?

sorry, it was my mistake. A different substitution variable for the mapped channel number was used instead of the original from /lineup.json which I copy.
