Recently had an internet outage that lasted for 4 days. When it came back on, the guide is no longer working properly. The channel logos don’t show up, the guide doesn’t load or display the channels, and the channels are out of order. Also, the shows I had set to record are no longer recording. An error message reads “could not start stream on channels…” I can still watch TV, however. Please help. Thanks.
