Hey, I’m not sure why but my guide is not working. I can still watch the channels but it only says the channel name. Also, my DVR obviously won’t work without the guide. Any thoughts?
This is what the iPhone and Apple TV apps look like.
You need to check the DVR web UI Log tab to see why Guide data is not downloading.
You can also click the circle refresh icon under your HDHR on the web UI Settings tab.
