Guide/Search not working. Can't set up recordings

Hey everyone, long time Channels user, but first time posting on there. When I go to the search function on any of my Channels apps (tvOS and iOS) it won’t let me search. I can type something in, but it won’t load any results and doesn’t appear to even be searching. So I tried to go at it a different route and just go forward in the guide section to find the show I wanted to record, but my guide only will show me the next 4 to 6 hours. So basically I can’t do anything with my DVR. Anyone had a similar issue and have some advice for me? Thanks in advance!

Where is your DVR installed? If you open the DVR web UI do you see the guide? Are you able to search there?
