Guide showing 'TO BE CONFIRMED'

My guide data isn’t loading properly, I’m running 3.1.16 on my ATV4 with a DVR on an old Xserve.
Since yesterday evening the guide is mostly ‘TO BE CONFIRMED’. EPG is working fine on my HDhomerun app on my MacBook Pro. I’ve tried refreshing, re-scanning channels, nothing seems to pull in the guide data. Can anyone assist.

This isn’t holes in the guide, its fully populated with ‘TO BE CONFIRMED’ across most of the channels, HD and SD.

Did you try refreshing guide data on your DVR by clicking the circle refresh icon under the hdhomerun (on the DVR web ui Settings tab).

If it happens again, I’d also recommend looking at the Log tab to see if there were errors downloading Guide data. Usually the guide data is reloaded automatically every morning.
