Guide Time Shift Issue

My pass for ABC World News Tonight is having an issue with it's start time.

On weekdays it is listed in the guide (and on Zap2it) as starting at 4:55pm. This is incorrect, the correct start time is 5:00pm. But, on the weekends it is listed at the correct 5pm start time.

If I adjust my pass to start 5 minutes late for the weekday shows to be recorded correctly, I miss the first 5 minutes of the weekend shows.

Any easy fix for this?

Are they typically good at fixing this sort of thing?

Well I don't want to jinx it this time, but it does usually get fixed in a couple days.
