Did I miss an announcement concerning Hallmark channel not being supported? My wife won’t use Channels as she can’t see her Christmas movies
What source are you trying to use? I have Hallmark ( ch 6091 ) working via Philo.
Who is your TVE provider?
6090 and 6091 working here with xfinity
Use whatever provider credentials you have to try and directly view hallmark on their website (in a browser):

I noticed this is posted in "Channels Apple TV" section, and I don't see that as a TVE provider on the hallmark sign in page above 
I use FUBO TV
Not a problem signing in and using it in the web browser or on the sand alone Hallmark App on Apple TV
I tried dropping FUBO TV as a source and then added it again. It verified the channels and now it works. I guess a reload every now and then will be needed.
That happened to me about 6 months ago. Their stream-links changed so the saved links within Channels were no longer valid. I thought they’d even removed from TVE but I was wrong.
When I performed a Rescan Lineup, the gear icon next to the provider, (my case was ATT-TV Now), the links were updated and the hallmark channels worked again.. my wife was so happy!
