No reply from support, twice, so perhaps someone here has encountered this or knows this issue.
First time posting.
I am not able to watch any of the 3 Hallmark Channels or the IFC.
Even if those channels no longer permit TVE access, I should be able to watch them - and I cannot.
In case the file doesn't show up, the screen says: Streaming to the tuner failed. Press play to try again. TVE: Could not fetch playlist from crownmediaingest.akamaized.net -- and so on --

Hallmark removed their app and site so TVE doesn't work for it. IFC should work tho. Make sure you're using the latest prerelease.
IFC works directly if you're using Prismcast so the site is still there
Thanks, Jean, I was just reading that Hallmark cancelled their TVE status which I suspected, but I didn't anticipate that I wouldn't be able to stream them in Channels via my Philo app any longer - but I guess that is the case.
I also thought the IFC should stream. I am in the process of switching from Raspberry Pi to an old PC for a server. The guidance always used to be to download the latest pre-release to fix this issue -- I'm not sure that is still available to me at the moment. I'll try it once the PC is repaired and swapped out for the Pi. Thanks again.
p.s. I was able to get the latest pre-release and it did reinstate IFC. Thanks.
