Ok, we know the RPi 4 can only transcode one stream at a time, but if you have a different platform is there any way to figure out how many simultaneous hardware transcodes may be possible at one time?
- Is it based on cores the CPU has or is it related to the GPU somehow or both?
- Are there any rules of thumb?
- If using an Intel processor is there a link to a reference chart anywhere?
- Does it vary by OS? Win10? MacOS? Linux?
