Hardware transcoding not available in Linux Mint

I'm trying to configure a backup DVR and I am running Linux Mint 20.3

Here are the specs:

AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core Processor
Nvidia GTX 650 Ti
16 GB RAM

I've checked everything I can but I can't get it to show Hardware transcoding.

Can anyone confirm if this should be able to support Hardware transcoding?

Did you install the nvidia proprietary drivers from the 'hardware drivers" app?

Good catch ! Looks like it's using the opensource drivers. I'm installing the NVidia drivers now and will re-test!
