I grabbed a GTX 650 TI Boost real cheap used. I know it supports hardware transcoding. I have it installed in my machine and have rebooted and installed the newest driver I could find but I get no option for hardware transcoding in the settings. What do I need to do to troubleshoot this?

Grab the HWE logs as follows: Remote streaming stops after ~5 seconds

Is there another way to do it? I get iwr is not recognized as an internal or external command when trying to run from a command prompt.

You have to use power shell

I never did get powershell pulled but I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and I'm golden now.
