I noticed if I delete a Show/Movie and I have re-record deleted on my pass it will not schedule the show even if it airs again in an hour or so ... I have to pause/resume the pass in order for it to schedule..
Been that way as long as I can remember.
Need to bump the scheduler by pause/resume pass, or Fetch Guide Updates or wait until the daily morning guide update.
BY then it is usually too late. 
Expected behavior. Delete & Re-record is a feature request.
