Have to Press Play 2 or More Times to start Remote Viewing w/ TVE

I've noticed lately that I have to hit Play more than once to watch remotely. Most of the time it will start the 2nd time but I've had it take 3 or 4 times to start. I initially noticed this with TBS but lately noticed on Fox News too. Is this normal behavior or is something else going on?

Would this be a server issue or client issue? I am using a onn 4K Streaming box.

Just happened again. Submitted Diagnostics. Ch 6033. It played the 2nd try.

The next time you see the "Tuner Unreachable" can you submit diagnostics sooner after you see it? It looks like the logs we would have needed on the server already were lost.
