I'm having problems connection Youtube TV to my sources. Is anyone else having this issue and is there something I can do to connect?

I removed YTTV as a source this weekend, then attempted to add it back and I'm getting "Cable provider authentication failed" error when attempting to authenticate AMC (likely the first YTTV channel it's attempting to auth).
Tried the usual to no avail (new family account w/o 2FA, different browsers, reboots, etc.). I am able to login to AMC's website using YTTV as my provider and the same credentials that attempted with Channels.

It will say Cable provider authentication failed and won't let me click anything on that screen to try to let me sign in.
