I've added a 64GB 3.0 USB drive to my Fire TV Stick and moved the Channels DVR app to it (using Troypoint's tutorial). Everything seems working well save for the previous channel - double click play/pause on remote. Previous channel works only around 50% of the time like this: select channel 1; select channel 2; double click will return to channel 1; double click again and get a "can't locate server" message which quickly brings up the guide again. It's like the app crashes and restarts.
Would this be a speed issue with the USB drive? If so, would using a SSD improve it. BTW, its the same with wired ethernet or wifi.
