HD Homerun 4k Quatro - No Video Playback Issue

I set up Channels DVR with my new HD Homerun 4K Quatro. The channels are showing in the Guide, but when I click on a channel to start watching all I get is the Audio and no video. The TVE channels work fine. It seems to just be an issue with the HD Homerun device. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Does it work in the official HDHR app? Which market are you in? Which channel number? Is it ATSC1 or ATSC3 channel?

Right now I have all four tuners running to test which one is having the issue. They're all the same. Audio with no video on my Pixel phone. However, on my Google Chromecast, I'm getting video with no sound. Something is off here.

All signals are ASTC 1.0 from the Boston market. It's not tied to one channel.

On your phone you probably need to go to Settings > Playback > Advanced > Video Decoder: Software, because it doesn't have mpeg2 hardware decoding.

Out of curiosity, would this only be an issue if using HD Homerun or is it also with TVE? The reason I ask is because Ive never had an issue with TVE, but added the HDHR just this afternoon.

TVE uses H264. Only OTA is MPEG2
