I have realized that one of my primes has lost all channels. When I do a rescan it can’t find anything. Any suggestions? The prime says it has good signal quality and should be working correctly. It’s been working almost a year with no problems to this point. I understand that the prime is not a channels product but I wanted to see if anyone has run into this.
What does the CableCARD menu say?
If you load x.x.x.x/lineup.html?show=all does it show your channels crossed out? That means your CableCARD is not synced up.
The only channel showing up is “EAS all”. Everything shows either success or ready.
