I have one (1) HDHomeRun 2 tuner model, Apple TV 4, Channels app, Channels DVR (Nvidia Stream). Set up works great, except for one particular situation which manifests itself in a couple of different ways while recording programs in successive blocks. I’m recording 2-one hour shows on separate channels at 8am. At 9am, I have 2 programs to record on 2 different channels. Occasionally, either one of the two 8am recordings may extend beyond the 9am start time of the next two scheduled recordings. In that case, it appears having only 2 tuners results in one of the 9am shows not recording. Currently setting up a Pass only allows for Starting a recording earlier and or ending it later. Aside from buying a second tuner, would my ‘situation’ be alleviated if the app incorporated a software solution to allow for starting x-minutes Later and/or Ending x-minutes sooner?
