HDHomerun Flex not streaming outside the home

I have Xfinity TVE and my HDHomerun Flex 4K set up in Channels. I can stream both inside my home. Away from home only TVE channels work, not HDHomerun channels. When I try I just get the spinning wheel. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am using a Raspberry Pi 4 to host my server. Thanks,

Same setup here, only way I can view anything transcoded is to change to Software Transcoding despite it showing Hardware Transcoding available. I believe the TVE works because many of those channels don't need to be transcoded.

Thanks for the tip. That did it. Also, lowering outside the home streaming quality appears to help as well. Thanks again!
