HDHomeRun Guide Data for 4K channels

In my area a few 4K OTA channels became available. Those channels provide the same programming as existing channels except in 4K.
The original Channel 5.1 is number 105.1 broadcast in 4K as an example.
There is no Guide Data provided for those 4K channels in Channels; therefore, one cannot select a program to watch or record.
On another computer I am running Emby. I noticed that in Emby there is a way to link the new 4K channels to their corresponding typical channel.

It would seem simple to implement a similar feature into Channels to allow duplicating the basic channel's guide data to the 4K channel.

Thank you.

Well 1st they aren't 4k channels
To get guide data it's easy just go into settings for the HDHR and then manage. Then you just choose the ATSC 1 equivalent. See my pic

Ah I see, that is what that + sign is for.
Thank you!

Technically NextGen or ATSC 3.0 may be a more accurate term to use for those broadcasts, capable of 4K and HDR.
I have set three short programs to record, one on each ATSC 3.0 channel that I receive.
It will be interesting to see how it comes out.

Thank you for your answer to how to get the guide data.

Yeah don't be too disappointed :disappointed:
Some have 5.1 audio issues. My marantz does the decoding my ATV works great and I have no issues but others aren't so lucky. Video can sometimes look crappy, especially with sports. It really depends on the content honestly. It has gotten better though. It used to be unwatchable for me.
