HDHomerun Premium PST-EST mapping

I'm trying out HDHomerun Premium on Channels DVR. Mostly it's great, but there are a couple of channels that are only available from the eastern timezone (I'm on pacific) - TNT and TBS - and the guide data is incorrect. Or rather, they would be correct if we had the pacific feed. I saw reference to the possibility we might switch these manually, but I can't work out how to do it. Any suggestions?

Worked fine. No other guide problems apparent.
