I just changed my wifi router from Apple Extreme router to Eero Pro router. When plugging in my HDHomerun Prime to the back of the main Eero Pro router, I can see the guide on the Channels app on my Appletv, but it will not play video. It just says that the signal is weak. Hmm. I can play youtube just fine as well as Slingtv, NHL in full HD, and Netflix. So I am puzzled. Any assistance would be great. Thanks in advance.
That error is coming from the HDHR. Check the System Log and Tuner Status for Signal Strength on my.hdhomerun.com
