HDHomerun Source is Not Holding Scanned Channels

Good Morning,

I bought a new antenna and connected my HDHomerun (which has not been connected for over a year) and when I scan for channels, I am able to acquire a list of channels. However, they do not remain available after I close the app and reopen it. Thusly, I have to rescan. Additionally, the channel logos nor guide populate.

Is it this a hardware issue? I did get the firmware updated and Channels is displaying an "Upgrade" of the firmware (which is actually a downgrade from a 2023 firmware to a 2017 version) in the Sources section.

Are all channels going away or just sum? What are the signal levels like for the channels that go away?

Are you scanning for channels with the HDHomeRun web admin?

If not, do it there. And install any firmware updates it prompts for.

Then visit your Channels DVR Server web admin and find the device in Sources and sync it up with the management options.
