HDHR Issues

I'm see the issue below, but I don't use HDHR. Is there anyway to remove that source that appears on its own?

Disable your PrismCast HDHomeRun emulation in its configuration settings

then Save & Restart

A source I don't recognize - did I miss something? see pic

The second HDHomerun source is new. Could it be related to Tailscale? That URL is vaguely familiar. [1]
