The second HDHomerun source is new. Could it be related to Tailscale? That URL is vaguely familiar.
Are you running Tailscale?
Is the IP one of your Taiscale IP's?
Can you access http://100.106.109.9 in your browser?
I figured out how to check if it's a Tailscale IP, and yes, it is. So, why does it appear in my sources?
Could be. It's in that range of CGNAT reserved IP addresses 100.64.0.0/10
Could also be from your ISP if it's using CGNAT.
You’re running PrismCast with the HdHome emulation turned on. Turn it off and restart server and it’ll disappear.
Saw this a couple of weeks ago.
PrismCast
If it's PrismCast HDHR emulation, wouldn't it be at the IP address of the server running PrismCast, port 5004.

Since PrismCast binds to all interfaces (0.0.0.0), he must be running Tailscale on the server.
No. Last week, the phantom HdHomerun showed up in my sources. It about drove me crazy; couldn’t do delete or do anything - it just was there. Checked all of my HdHomeruns thinking one was going bad. Went to the Prism webui, Configurations, and found the HdHomerun green lighted. Unchecked it and restarted server and it disappeared.
PrismCast 1.11
Mac Mini M4
No Tailscale.
Those picture are from Channels DVR server on my NAS and I have PrismCast running on my Mac Mini at IP 192.168.1.9. Not running Tailscale on the Mac Mini.
Ah, thank you! I’d seen the same thing, I’d decided to just ignore it, since it was doing no harm, but i couldn’t figure out where it came from or why i couldn’t delete it.
But I did turn on HD HomeRun emulation in PrismCast so I could experiment with using it in Plex.
Mystery solved!
Correcto! Mystery solved. Having that HDHR emulation enabled and the mystery source showing doesn't hurt anything, does it? I've disabled the emulation; just wondering.
Other than it advertising the Tailnet IP of your server, no.
