I have two tuners. An HDHomeRun CONNECT (with Premium TV) and an older HDHomeRun DUAL that doesn’t support the Premium TV service.

Whenever I add the older tuner to Channels DVR the guide shuts off the Premium TV channels. If I delete the old tuner the Premium TV channels immediately return to the guide. If I “Pick Guide Provider” on the DUAL (and used the same one from the CONNECT, then instantly the Premium TV channels disappear again.

Priority was initially set with the DUAL on top, but after changing order so the CONNECT is on top it doesn’t help. Same problem.

Are you using Channels DVR? I don’t see a DVR subscription on your account.

What platform/device are you seeing this behavior on? Or is it in the DVR web ui?

Yes. Using Channels DVR, registered under another account. This is in the web UI and the DVR is running on Windows 8.1.

Reproduced and isolated the bug. Will have a fix available shortly.

This is fixed in DVR pre-release v2018.08.29.2055. To upgrade, hold down SHIFT on the keyboard and click Check for Updates in the DVR web UI.

Yep. That seems to have fixed it.
