I am not sure what you are asking here. Are you saying that you don't want the server to transcode the stream?

We don't have any way to find channel streams from set top boxes.

This software works with specific type of box called HDHomeRun which is available in the USA, Canada and Europe.

No, it doesn't work with set top boxes. It converts the direct antenna signal for free antenna channels.

now i am using 4 port encoder to get 4 channel. the encoder connect with internet and genarate m3u8 link to play online and it is very costly. i would like to use dvr how without encoder. what is homerunhd? can i get all my channels by home run.
is it local setupbox->homerun connected with server or internet->get m3u8 link and play anywhere?

please dont feel disturbed i am new with this technology

Yes. But HDHomeRun only works with ATSC antenna signals used in the USA. Other countries do not use the same broadcast.
