HELP: AT&T Uverse M3U File Where to find?

I have been trying to get an alternative to using the official receiver in the form of an M3U file, but I can't find it on AT&T.

Could you explain what you mean by that.
If you subscribe to Uverse, you can add it as a TVE source in Channels DVR.

I mean I can't find an M3U file for the AT&T U-verse for download, I just don't know if AT&T even has any ...

ALSO: I think I can try using TVE, I'll give it a go...

There is no AT&T Uverse .m3u. Providers such as AT&T and Spectrum and Whomever generally do not have .m3u files as their streaming video links either go through TVE authentication or their own in-house schemes.
