Help needed with OTA program recording issue - multiple premature ending and high sigerr

Below is the log for an unwatchable recording.
(There were more of the same in the log, but I truncated them for brevity's sake.)

It looks like the high sigerr rate constantly interrupted the recording.
Is this an antenna issue?

Could be antenna. It's an OTA reception problem.
Look at your [SNR] Signal statistics reported by your HDHomeRun

Your snq (Signal to Noise ratio) is too low and drops to 0, resulting in your seq (Symbol Quality) being too low and dropping to 0.

The antenna has been moved to a better location.

The recordings from this morning came out fine, but the ones from last evening were all unwatchable.
Below is the log for one of them.
This time, it is plagued by high "neterr" rates.

Can I assume that it's a network issue this time?
At the new antenna location, an ethernet port is out of reach, so I had to rely on wifi to connect the router and the HDHR.
My reasonable guess is that the heavily congested wifi during the evening, when everyone in my family was streaming, must have triggered it.

Most likely the cause.
Using one of the tuners on your HDHR you can run a test for network packet loss.
https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/troubleshooting:network_packet_loss#troubleshooting_network_packet_loss

If you have coax cable between your DVR server and the HDHR you could use a MOCA bridge instead of WiFi. I would never put WiFi between my HDHR and DVR server, and I don't trust Powerline ethernet adapters as they ruin electrical switches with micro-arcing (personal experience).
