I have channels dvr working fine from my iPhones, Apple TV, and iPads. My server is a 2012 Sony Viao. My son recently got a new HP Chromebook and we downloaded the channels app and when I load the program I can only get audio. No video will load on live tv or dvr programs. Is this a known issue or is there something I need to do with the Chromebook?

Try Settings > Playback > Advanced > Video Decoder > Software.
